‘A Cord of Three Strands’

November 9, 2010 by jenniferlcrook | 4 Comments

My desire for photography is to be purposeful, creating beautiful photographs to tell a story. I feel very privileged to play a small part in this story of three amazing women. This particular story is one of of faith, life, and restored love.

‘A Cord of Three Strands’- Written by Sara Berry & Tricia Robbins will be published in December.

For 18 years, Peggy and Mitch Burnett longed to have children. Through the heartbreak of not being able to have biological children they welcomed the idea of adoption. Meanwhile, Tricia Robbins an 18 year old found herself in a scary place of pregnancy as she began college. Tricia soon decided to give her precious baby to the Burnett’s after the Lord did redemptive work in Tricia’s heart. Fast forward 18 years, Hilarie Burrett begins college at Samford Univeristy. Peggy teaches 4th grade at CAK in Knoxville while Tricia, is a pro-life advocate in Tuplo Mississippi. The relationship between these women is a beautiful picture of the Lord’s heart for grace.
